RGBW LEDs with internal IC
Taiwan prodcer of light-emitting diodes with internal ICs – APA ELECTRONICS presents in their offer new RGBW digital-drived LEDs.
APA-109-RGBW LED is available in 3 configurations depending of white chip correlated color temperature:
- APA-109-RGBW-WS – warm white typ. 3000K,
- APA-109-RGBW-NW – neutral white typ. 4500K,
- APA-109-RGBW-WS – cool white typ. 6000K.
RGB colors have constant values for each configuration and are characterized by the following parameters:

| Red | 620 nm – 630 nm | 700 mcd – 1000 mcd |
| Green | 525 nm – 530 nm | 1500 mcd – 2200 mcd |
| Blue | 460 nm – 470 nm | 700 mcd – 1000 mcd |
APA-109-RGBW is available in 5050 4-pin package (PLCC4). This LED characterizes with low power consumption (max 0.25W), mostly because of possibility to supply it with 3.5V. Maximum value of working voltage is 5.5 V.
APA-109-RGBW is already available from Maritex stock in configuration APA-109-RGBW-NW.
