Maritex has established partnership with WeEn Semiconductors Co. Ltd. WeEn is a global joint venture between NXP Semiconductors B.V. and Beijing JianGuang Asset Management Co. Ltd. (JAC Capital), which is derived from Philips and NXP.

WeEn is a key player in the semiconductor industry and has focused on developing a wide range of industry-leading bipolar products such as thyristors – consisting of silicon-controlled rectifiers. Triacs, silicon power diodes, high voltage transistors and silicon carbide diodes. All of these products are widely used in the markets of telecommunications, computers, consumer electronics, intelligent home appliances, lighting, automotive and energy management.
