FIGARO TGS5342 - end of production

Maritex, as an authorized distributor of FIGARO Engineering wants to announce FIGARO decision about discontinuance of one of their electrochemical CO sensors TGS5342. In order to provide sufficient time for existing customers to evaluate an alternative sensor, FIGARO assures continued supply of TGS5342 until 31st December 2019.

For customers looking for an alternative Maritex would like to recommend other FIGARO products:

• TGS5042 – the most popular FIGARO sensor. It has proven its quality during many years of continuous work in many applications. Relatively big size is compensated by a great stability and accuracy. FIGARO expects that sensor lifetime can easily reach 10 years.
• TGS5141 – the newest electrochemical CO sensor from FIGARO offer. Miniature size (only 10% of TGS5042), good accuracy and long expected lifetime allows it to dynamically gain market share. Small size and low power consumption makes it ideal to newest battery operable CO or fire detectors .
